You Can Change

You made your choices up to this point. You cannot change the past no matter how many times you replay in your head what happened and what you would have done differently. But the beautiful thing my dear friend is that you have the opportunity to change your future. If you have been truly honest and made amends with everyone then that is all you can do. Now is your chance to change your future. You can do better now. You can change. But the thing is, we don't want to work on changing who we are, we want to get back to our authentic selves. The people we truly are... before we got lost in life and buried in pain. Get in touch with our souls. 

We are not our mistakes.. they are lessons and lessons are meant to be learned from. In life, we grow, and we cannot grow without making mistakes. 

Have self compassion for yourself and know that you are doing the best you can.
