If you are brand new to the law of attraction, it is the law in which you attract into your life. We use the law of attraction every day without knowing it. Right now, you are manifesting in this very moment. Louis Hay in her book called, "You Can Heal Your Life", she states that the power is always in the present moment. Therefore, you can change the direction and energy of what you are currently manifesting from negative to positive, first by changing your thoughts.
There are several different law of attraction techniques which I will explain below as well as some great books that have helped me as well as a free manifesting course!
Scripting: This technique is extremely effective. There are several ways to do it, but my favorite is to write a "thank you" letter to the Universe for bringing you all that you desire. But write in detail specifically what you want to manifest, in present tense, saying thank you.
As an example, "Thank you Universe! I am so excited because I am now in a job that I love! I am also making $70,000 per year and have more money in my account than I ever thought was possible! I am able to pay all of my bills with ease and am able to help my family, Thank you!!"
You want to do that for each thing you want to manifest. Make sure you give thanks and feel excited when you are writing it. These need to be things that bring you joy thinking about having in your life.
The next step when you are all done, is read it out loud every morning and every night for 30 days. When you read it, FEEL the emotions of gratitude that you already have these in your life. After 30 days, put it away, let go completely and go on with your life, while taking inspired action. So when something shows up in your life that is from the path you are manifesting, take action and show the Universe you see the sign and you are following.
Visualization: Take 2 minutes when you first wake up to visualize the life that you want. Feel it, see it, hear it. Then visualize any time you can during your day and night that you are living in the reality you are wanting to live in. Watching "The Secret" is an excellent movie that describes this, (and all), methods in great detail. Take the time to immerse yourself in the practice of visualization, envisioning your goals and desires as if they have already manifested in your life. Form a vivid mental image of the reality you wish to have in your life and pay attention to the details and allowing your emotions of accomplishment and fulfillment to run through you. Picture the scenes and circumstances of your ideal life with clarity, as if you are experiencing them in the present moment. By focusing on the positive aspects and emotions tied to the achievement of your goals, you engage the power of your imagination and subconscious mind, aligning your thoughts with the outcomes you wish to attract. This intentional act of visualization serves as a powerful tool in shaping your mindset and creating a magnetic pull toward the realization of your aspirations.
Gratitude: Make a daily gratitude technique part of your Law of Attraction routine. Take a few moments each day to list five things you're grateful for, and say them out loud. This practice helps shift your focus to positive aspects of your life, aligning your thoughts with gratitude and attracting more positivity. Whether it's appreciating your ability to see, hear, or engage with this blog, or recognizing the opportunities to try out different methods, expressing gratitude for these things amplifies the positive energy you're sending out into the universe. Include the natural wonders like the sun and stars in your gratitude list to enhance the vibrational match with the abundance you wish to attract. This daily ritual not only boosts your overall positivity but also aligns your mindset with the principles of the Law of Attraction, creating a magnet for the experiences you want in your life.
Gratitude journaling: This is a transformative technique within the Law of Attraction methodology. By keeping a journal where you regularly record things you are grateful for, you actively shift your focus toward positive aspects of your life. This practice involves detailing specific instances, experiences, or even simple pleasures that make you feel a sense of gratitude within you. Whether it's the support of loved ones, personal achievements, or the beauty of nature, noting these positive things you are appreciative for helps you feel the gratitude for the abundance already present in your life. Regularly revisiting and updating your gratitude journal helps maintain a consistently positive mindset, reinforcing the principle that like attracts like in the Law of Attraction. The act of expressing gratitude amplifies positive vibrations, aligning your energy with the outcomes you wish to attract. As you continue this practice, you create a powerful tool that not only enhances your overall well-being but also serves as a magnet for the manifestation of your desired experiences and opportunities.
Positive Affirmations: Positive affirmations are a potent technique within the Law of Attraction framework. Incorporating them into your daily routine involves repeating uplifting and empowering statements that align with your goals and aspirations. By affirming positive beliefs about yourself and your desired outcomes, you are intentionally shaping your mindset and cultivating a more optimistic and confident outlook. For instance, affirmations could include statements such as "I am attracting abundance into my life," "I am confident in my abilities," or "I am open to receiving positive opportunities." The key is to repeat these affirmations regularly with genuine conviction, allowing them to permeate your subconscious mind. This practice not only counteracts negative thought patterns but also helps to create a vibrational match between your internal beliefs and the external experiences you wish to attract. Positive affirmations serve as a proactive way to harness the Law of Attraction, influencing your thoughts and emotions to magnetize the circumstances and opportunities that resonate with your positive affirmations.
Setting Clear Intentions: Setting clear intentions is like making a solid plan for what you want in the Law of Attraction game. It's about being super clear and specific about your goals. When you lay out your intentions in simple terms, you're giving your brain a roadmap to follow. It's not just about hoping for things; it's about actively steering your thoughts and feelings toward what you want. Write down your goals, be detailed about what you're shooting for, and imagine the good stuff that comes with it. Doing this helps your mind sync up with the Law of Attraction idea that your thoughts can bring about your reality. Think of your intentions as a kind of magnet that draws in the right situations and chances to make your goals happen. Keep reminding yourself of these intentions regularly to stay on track and create a strong force for making things happen in your life.
Act As If: Acting as if is a key technique in applying the Law of Attraction to your life. This approach involves behaving and making choices as if your goals have already been achieved. It's like stepping into the mindset of the person you want to become or the life you want to live. By adopting the behaviors, attitudes, and decision-making patterns associated with your desired reality, you send a powerful message to your subconscious and the universe. This practice is about embodying the confidence and assurance that align with your aspirations. For example, if your goal is financial success, you might make choices as if you are already financially secure, budgeting wisely, and investing wisely. This technique is not about pretending but rather about aligning your actions with your future reality. It helps bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, creating a harmonious connection between your present actions and the outcomes you're aiming for. Acting as if is like laying the groundwork for the Law of Attraction to bring about the circumstances that match your envisioned reality.
Take Inspired Action: Taking inspired action is crucial in leveraging the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires. This involves actively pursuing opportunities and making decisions that align with your goals. It's not just about positive thinking; it's about translating your thoughts into intentional and purposeful actions. Inspired action is grounded in a sense of inner alignment and a deep understanding of what steps will propel you closer to your aspirations. Instead of waiting for things to happen, you proactively engage in activities that resonate with your desires, creating a dynamic interplay between your intentions and your actions. For example, if your goal is to improve your career, inspired action might involve seeking out additional training, networking, or applying for new opportunities. This approach signifies a willingness to co-create your reality with the universe, recognizing that manifestation is a collaborative effort between your thoughts and the actions you take. By consistently taking inspired action, you signal to the universe your commitment to realizing your dreams, and this synergy increases the likelihood of attracting the circumstances and opportunities that align with your envisioned outcomes.
